La Petite Cozanne has undergone a makeover, with new ceilings, lighting, a new kitchen (with oven). It is now a bright and crisp environment.
In the main house we have recently had a new solid oak staircase fitted which is a vast improvement on the old one and has brightened up the living room and also given us more space.

La Cozanne is a two-bedroomed holiday cottage situated in the picturesque village of Change in the heart of the Haut Cotes de Beaune wine region of Burgundy. Suitable for 4-5 people.
La Petite Cozanne is an entirely self-contained 1 bedroom apartment, suitable for 2-3 people. Both have recently been restored to a very high standard and are ideally located for touring the vineyards and wine makers, or for those simply requiring peace and tranquility.
The property is only 30 minutes from the famous town of Beaune.
