La Cozanne is a charming house situated in the village of Change in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune (20 km from Beaune). Renovated to a high standard, the ground floor has a large living/dining room with wood-burning stove and satellite TV, kitchen, bedroom (containing two single beds), shower-room and separate toilet. Upstairs is an enormous open-plan bedroom with king-sized bed and double sofa-bed, and an en-suite bathroom (with
bath and separate shower) together with a walk-in wardrobe and air-conditioning.
The property also benefits from an attractive, enclosed, courtyard garden with ample seating, barbeque, bread oven and outdoor lighting.
Subject to availability the apartment can also be booked in conjunction with the main house for larger parties.
