La Cozanne is a charming house situated in the village of Change in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune (20 km from Beaune).  Renovated to a high standard, the ground floor has a large living/dining room with wood-burning stove and satellite TV, kitchen, bedroom (containing two single beds), shower-room and separate toilet.  Upstairs is an
enormous open-plan bedroom with king-sized bed and double sofa-bed, and an en-suite bathroom (with bath and separate shower) together with a walk-in wardrobe and air-
conditioning.  There is central heating throughout and an airconditioning unit in the master bedroom.

The property also benefits from an attractive, enclosed, courtyard garden with ample seating, barbeque, bread oven and outdoor lighting.

Subject to availability the apartment can also be booked in conjunction with the main house for larger parties.

Availability and Tariffs

La Cozanne is available for bookings all year round.

Changeover dates are flexible.

The property will be available after 4 pm on the day of arrival.  On day of departure we would appreciate you vacating by 10 am.

Part weeks may be considered subject to a minimum charge of 400 euros high season and 300 euros at other times.  Please contact us if you wish to discuss this as our booking system does not support some lengths of stay.

We operate 2 seasons, low and high.
